I'm about to show you how short bursts of exercise, like the Secret Russian

but you can easily use dumbbells...

Exercise #1: Swings x 15-20 reps

Exercise #2: 1 Arm Snatches x 10 reps on each side

Exercise #3: Front Squats with Modified Zercher Hold x 15 reps
